Debemos tener en cuenta que a partir de este mes (y será así para versiones futuras) las actualizaciones para las versiones de 2013, y 2016, seguirán el siguiente criterio: las actualizaciones para productos de la familia Office que no sean consideradas de seguridad serán liberadas el primer martes de mes; mientras que las que actualizaciones de seguridad de productos de la familia Office serán liberados el segundo martes de mes

Office 部落格最近也將開始向大家介紹一些簡報製作的辦法，讓大家以後做簡報時能夠事半功倍。不過今天，我們要跟大家提到的是許多人都不知道，PowerPoint 的隱形功能—作圖。

首先。打開我們熟悉的 PowerPoint，並在腦袋中構思整個圖的結構。

接著。插入圖片，開始製作圖片

第三步。當您發現您所要製作的圖與投影片的大小相差很大時，您可以選擇[設計]－[投影片大小]－[自訂投影片大小]，因為圖片輸出會根據投影片的大小而變動，因此在範例的情況下，要讓投影片縮小至圖片的大小。

下一步。開始製作任何您想做的圖。

第五步，匯出

選擇[檔案]－[匯出]－[變更檔案類型]，您可以自己選擇要做PNG或者JPG等等。

第六步，選擇您想要匯出的投影片多寡（全部或一張），即完成。

完成。

只要學會更改投影片大小以及輸出這兩步驟，您就可以利用 PowerPoint 做出很多漂亮簡單的圖。小編平常在部落格中以及 Office 粉絲團的圖片，甚至是創意履歷的申請表，也都是利用 PowerPoint 做出來的喔！利用熟悉的介面，做出令人驚豔的完成品。

今回は Outlook をキャッシュ モードでご利用時に OST 上のアイテムに不整合が発生した場合のトラブルシューティング手法についてご案内いたします。

キャッシュ モードで Outlook をご利用の場合、Outlook は Exchange サーバーのメールボックスからローカルに作成されている OST ファイル内にアイテムをダウンロードし、Outlook はこの OST ファイルを参照する動作となります。
OST の不整合/破損により発生している問題と考えられる場合には、事象回避/切り分けのために、以下のような方法を一般的にご案内することがございます。

・ OST ファイルの再作成
Outlook を終了した状態で、OST を削除することで、次回 Outlook 起動時に OST が再作成されます。
Outlook は再作成した OST にメールボックス内のデータをダウンロードしますので、メールボックスのサイズやお客様のネットワーク状況に依存してダウンロードの完了、ならびに Outlook の利用開始までにお時間を要することがございますことをご了承ください。
            OST ファイルの既定の保存先 : C:\Users\ユーザー名\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

・ Outlook プロファイルの新規作成
Outlook プロファイルを新規に作成しますと、自動的に OST ファイルも新規に作成されます。
OST ファイルの再作成と同様に、ダウンロードの完了、ならびに Outlook の利用開始までにお時間を要することがございますことをご了承ください。

・ オフライン アイテムをクリア
特定のアイテムに問題が生じていることまでの切り分けができている場合には、OST の再作成や Outlook プロファイルの作成を行わずとも以下の方法で解消できる可能性がございます。

1. Outlook を起動します。
2. 事象発生アイテムが格納されているフォルダー(例えば 受信トレイ) を右クリックします。
3. [プロパティ] をクリックし、[全般]タブ内の [オフライン アイテムをクリア] をクリックします。
4. 確認ウインドウに対して [はい] をクリックしますと、該当のフォルダーのみ OST 内からオフライン データが削除されます。
5. [OK] で開いているウインドウを閉じます。
6. Outlook を再起動します。
上記手順にてフォルダー単位にて OST 内のデータを削除し、再ダウンロードすることが可能となります。

• Выполняются дополнительные условия отбора, заданные непосредственно перед формированием отчета.

Today’s Tip…

In Windows Server 2016, management of DNS properties have been significantly enhanced IP Address Management (IPAM) feature.  In 2012 R2, IPAM was limited to the discovery and display of DNS zone information and monitoring the availability of DNS zones.   In the new version however, administrators can now manage DNS zones, conditional forwarders and resource records across multiple DNS servers using IPAM.

The following is a brief overview of new IPAM 2016 capabilities.

DNS Data Collection

IPAM runs a periodic task to collect DNS data every 6 hours from the domain joined Microsoft DNS servers that IPAM is managing.  It fetches the properties of DNS zone and DNS conditional forwarders from these servers.  It also fetches the resource records belonging to the zones.  Since the same zone can be hosted on multiple DNS servers, it chooses one of the authoritative servers as the ‘preferred DNS server’ from which to collect resource records from the zone.  Both the collection frequency and ‘preferred DNS server’ for the zones are configurable.

DNS Zone Management

IPAM now allows administrators to perform CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations on DNS zones hosted on the DNS servers being managed by IPAM.  It supports both file based and Active Directory integrated DNS zones and allows the management of both forward and reverse lookup zones.  IPAM users are also able to create primary, secondary and stub zones.

The IPAM UI provides a hierarchal view of zones hosted on managed DNS servers.   From this view IPAM users are able to view a zones resource records, as well as the DNS servers the zone is hosted on.

From this view IPAM users can set DNS zone properties like dynamic update settings, scavenging properties, zone transfer properties and notify settings as well as perform other operations such as:

• Zone reload
• Pause/Resume DNS zones
• Zone transfer

DNS Resource Record Management

Another new feature in IPAM 2016 is DNS resource record management.  IPAM now allows CRUD operations on the DNS resource records. It supports the following types of resource records:

• AFS database
• ATM Address
• CNAME
• DHCID
• DNAME
• Host A or AAAA
• Host Information
• ISDN
• MX
• Name Servers
• Pointer (PTR)
• Responsible person
• Route Through
• Service Location
• SOA
• SRV
• Text
• Well Known Services
• WINS
• WINS-R
• X.25

The IPAM UI provides a consolidated view of resource records of all the types for a particular DNS zone.  Users can filter these resource records based on name, type, IP address etc.

DNS Conditional Forwarder Management

IPAM now supports management of DNS conditional forwarders.  Both file based and AD integrated conditional forwarders are supported.

Role Based Access Control (RBAC) for DNS

IPAM’s role based access control feature enables administrators to delegate specific operations on specific objects to other users.  New IPAM DNS operations have been added to this features for the Windows Server 2016 version.   Administrators can choose to delegate operations using several in-box roles, or created granular sets of roles to suit specific needs.  An example of the available operations includes the creating/editing of a DNS zone, the creation of resource records and more.

Administrators can also set access scopes at both the DNS zone and resource record level.   This means that they can now delegate permissions to users on specific DNS zones and resource records.   A few potential scenarios include:

• Users can edit only specific DNS resource records
• Users can edit DNS resource records of a specific type, such as PTR or MX. For example, IPAM administrator can delegate a mail server administrator permissions to change only MX resource records.
• Users can edit DNS resource records for specific zones

In summary, the Windows Server 2016 version of IPAM adds some very compelling administration capabilities, so go download the latest public TP version and give it a test run!

Há várias maneiras de fazer com que essa informação cheguem aos funcionários: e-mail, boca a boca ou aquele velho papel ao lado do “ponto”. Mas, o que poucos administradores sabem é que existe um método eficiente de dar aquela velha(ou nova) notícia aos usuários do nosso domínio. Nesta postagem, daremos uma dica de como fazer isso através do uso de GPOs.

Recently I was assisting a customer with a SharePoint Online subscription who wanted custom Master pages on their SPO sites.

Even though creating a Custom Master page is not the Microsoft best practise ( Microsoft pushes down updates to the default Master Pages which will not be received by the custom Master Page), the customer had very specific design requirements which required this.

Therefore we activated the “"SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure" feature on the Site Collection and Site level for the Team Site. Activation of the site collection feature gave the following error the first time "Dependency feature 'PublishingMobile' (id: 57cc6207-aebf-426e-9ece-45946ea82e4a) for feature 'PublishingSite' (id: f6924d36-2fa8-4f0b-b16d-06b7250180fa) is not activated at this scope." However on the second attempt we were able to activate the feature, so we ignored the error we had received initially.

Once we started playing around with Design Manager to convert the HTML styles to Master Pages we noticed that the Design Manager in SPO seemed to look slightly different from the usual on prem one.

As shown in the screenshot there appeared to be an extra view of what looked lik the Master Page catalog on the 'Edit the Master Page' stage. Futhermore while trying to convert the HTML to Master Page, the resulting conversion was not getting displayed on the page.

On checking the Master Page gallery we found that the conversion was being done. However when applying this MASTER page to the site we were getting the default Seattle.master's design.

After a couple of hours of trying and re-trying, we tried creating a new Team site collection, after activating the Publishing features ( no errors this time) we tried the same there...And Voila! ..we got the normal Design Manager view back (see screenshot below). On this site the design manager worked as expected and converted the HTML files.

It looks like there have been quite a few instances of this issue. It seems to be connected to the "Dependency feature 'PublishingMobile'" errror which we received when we activated the Publishing Infrastructure feature.

The root cause of this issue is still not clear, but re-creating the site collection seems to fix the issue.

Hi WSUS admins, just a quick post to let you know that we've received word of some issues happening (e.g., WSUS admin console is inaccessible, clients can't contact WSUS) in the wild after installing KB3148812.  It is critical functionality; however, you don't lose anything by skipping installation until we publish media that leverages this scenario, which will not be happening this month.  For now, feel free to remove the patch if it's causing you problems, and we'll get to the bottom of the issues that have been reported.  If you'd like to assist in resolving this, then please Email Blog Author and we'll follow up with you.

グループ ポリシーが使えないエディションでの対処方法

グループ ポリシーをサポートしていないエディションを利用している場合、Policies 配下のレジストリが読み込まれません。

例えば、Outlook 2013 で新規メッセージの既定の形式をテキスト形式に強制したいとき、グループ ポリシーが使える場合には以下のレジストリを作成します。

値の場所 : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Options\Mail

値の名前 : EditorPreference

値の種類 : REG_DWORD

値のデータ : 65536

しかしながら、グループ ポリシーをサポートしていないエディションでは、Policies 配下のレジストリを Office アプリケーションが一切参照しない動作となります。

こういった場合の代替の展開方法としては、以下の Policies 配下ではない同じ名前のレジストリを配布することが挙げられます。

値の場所 : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Options\Mail

値の名前 : EditorPreference

値の種類 : REG_DWORD

このようなレジストリは、Office の管理用テンプレートを使って配布することはできませんが、グループ ポリシー管理エディターで配布することが可能です。

グループ ポリシー管理エディターで配布する手順

1. ドメイン コントローラーにて、該当するユーザーが所属する OU またはドメインのグループ ポリシー管理エディターを起動します。

2. 左側のペインのツリーにて、[ユーザーの構成]-[基本設定]-[Windows の設定]-[レジストリ] を展開します。

3. 右側のペインで右クリックをし、[新規作成]-[レジストリ項目] をクリックします。

4. [全般] タブで、上記レジストリの設定を行います。

      [アクション] : 更新

      [ハイブ] : HKEY_CURRENT_USER

      [キーのパス] : Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Options\Mail

5. [適用] ボタン、[OK] ボタンの順にクリックします。

6. グループ ポリシー管理エディターを閉じます。

7. クライアント端末を再起動し、設定が反映されていることを確認します。

   (コマンド プロンプトから gpupdate /force を実行して強制的に反映することができます。)

注意点

上記設定を行っても Outlook の対象箇所はグレーアウトされません。そのため、ユーザーが変更することは可能です。

しかしながら、次回ログオン時に再度レジストリが配布されるため、設定が管理者の指定したものに戻されるという動作になります。
