Windows 8.1 makes it easy for several users to share a single Surface. And by signing-in with separate accounts, users can create their own Start Screen, install favorite apps and personalize everything to their own preferences.
This could come in handy for members of a family or for co-workers. Each person can experience the device as his or her own. Individual accounts provide customization with files and apps only available to that user.
