Reading View, a new feature in Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 8.1 that lets you focus on the main content of a Web page without distractions, was introduced Tuesday.
When you find an article you want to read, you can switch to Reading View by clicking the Reading View button in the address bar. To exit Reading View and continue browsing, tap or click the button in the address bar again.
IE 11 Reading View takes advantage of a new font for Windows 8.1 called Sitka, developed for Microsoft by Mathew Carter, in collaboration with the Advanced Reading Technologies team.
