Almost eight years ago, I started Jeff Jones Security Blog on TechNet at http://blogs.technet.com/security. It started out as a mixture of personal and work-related security stuff and eventually gained a little official recognition as a source for Microsoft security information.
Acknowledging that, I invited some colleagues to contribute to the blog and we transitioned it into what it is today, the official Microsoft Security Blog. While I still contribute there, and sometimes on the Trustworthy Computing Blog, I miss having a space where I can talk about personal interests like the latest book I’ve read or how the stock market is doing.
Don’t get me wrong, I think I’ll still be posting about security-related topics most of the time, just from a more informal, personal viewpoint.
Welcome! I invite you to engage me in conversation when I post something that piques your interest or feel free to reach out on twitter @securityjones.
