Each year Bing looks back at the top U.S. searches of the last 12 months, and in their 2013 report, powerful women unquestionably took the prize. The five most-searched people of the year were all female, with Beyoncé grabbing the top spot, followed by Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, Taylor Swift and Madonna.
Bing also reports that the Dallas Cowboys were the most-searched sports team, “Big Bang Theory” topped TV shows, and the Macklemore and Ryan Lewis budget shopping anthem “Thrift Shop” was the most-searched song.
