The Microsoft Dynamics CRM team understands that not all businesses — and not all people within a business — use CRM tools the same way. On July 2, Microsoft announced the upcoming version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics CRM Online – a completely reimagined user experience that puts what matters front and center and helps people make business personal, whether in the office or on the road. Today the Dynamics CRM Online team goes one step further with the announcement of more flexible and personal licensing.
Historically, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online offered a single license and a single price point. With its next release, Microsoft will offer three new online licenses and allow customers to mix and match among the three. This change also means online licensing options will be equivalent to on-premises licensing, so customers will be able to easily compare and decide which version will best serve their needs.
Mobile access, no extra charge
The next version of Dynamics CRM shows its commitment to mobility by providing access to information on a variety of devices. And Microsoft is further backing that commitment by including access to Dynamics CRM through mobile apps with every online and on-premises license, with no additional license fees.
