A common support call we receive from Partners is around mail flow issues such as “why was an e-mail not received by my customer”?
Trainer extraordinaire Dean Corcoran is putting together training on best practices for troubleshooting mail flow issues, as there are any number of components that could be responsible for mail flow problems… unconfigured SPF records, spam filters, client connectivity issues, etc.
As part of that efforts, Dean put together a great diagram to help visualize the components involved in getting an e-mail from “here” to “there”. A larger version of this picture is attached to the post below.
