For the third consecutive year, the Working Social Tour arrived in Amsterdam and gave pointers to more than 600 customers on how to transform their workplaces through open communication, experimentation and how to work like a social network.
Yammer co-founder and CTO Adam Pisoni delivered the opening keynote and calls to action that include starting small toward immediate accomplishments, finding and working with people ready to embrace change and focus on workplace initiatives people really care about.
Attendees came from more than 40 countries and some shared how they’ve successfully undergone workplace transformations. The company Grundfos, for instance, shared its “social cookbook” for delivering business value through enterprise social networking.
