The latest “Inside Windows Phone” video shows how to publish Windows Phone apps for enterprise through the Windows Phone Store, as a beta and through private distribution.
The process for distributing apps through the store is exactly the same as apps for consumers. But with Windows Phone apps for enterprise, you can choose a best practice of securing your corporate data with a login.
You can also distribute your creation as a beta app; the advantage of that is that there’s no expiration. You need to provide all live IDs of your users and send them the link to the store.
The last option is to side-load apps, which can be done via email or website.
