Head back to the early 1990s in “Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas,” the story of Carl Johnson’s return to the fictional city of Los Santos, San Andreas, after a five-year absence. You’re behind the wheel as he flees the cops who framed him for murder and tries to save his family.
Get ready for gritty, hard-driving thrills that will take you across the state and through its other big cities with realistic-sounding names (San Fierro and Las Venturas), in re-mastered, high-resolution graphics and with more than 70 hours of gameplay. Enjoy full camera and movement control, plus cloud-save support for seamless play across all your devices.
Five years ago, Johnson escaped from the pressures of life from Los Santos, which is tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs and corruption. He’s returned because his mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are all heading toward disaster.
This game requires an additional 2.5GB download, so it’s probably best to use Wi-Fi and be plugged into a power source until the download is complete. Because it’s such a high-memory experience, the following devices are the only ones that support the game (for now): the Nokia Lumia: 1520, 1320, 822, 820, 810; and HTC: 8XT.
Install “Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas” for $6.99 from the Windows Phone Store.
