If you watched the Golden Globe Awards Sunday night, you were treated to the “beautiful mess” hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, with memorable moments that began on the red carpet and continued until the last award was presented. If you missed any of it, you can catch up through Bing’s Guide to the Awards Season.
As the Bing Search Blog reports, Bing monitored spikes in searches throughout the evening. Baby bumps were on the minds of many searchers, as leading ladies such Kerry Washington and Drew Barrymore showed off theirs, but Olivia Wilde stole the show on the carpet and captured more than 65 percent of the searches among the expecting mothers.
Two of the evening’s most buzzed-about moments happened early on. Jacqueline Bisset’s acceptance speech for “Dancing on The Edge” beat out other search-worthy moments including “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” and its surprising wins, Poehler and Bono’s make-out session, and Robin Wright's wardrobe malfunction. The teleprompter error with “The Wolf of Wall Street”co-star Margot Robbie prompted a dramatic spike in searches for Jonah Hill.
