The FOX NOW app for Xbox One gives users lots of great features, including quick access to FOX shows directly from the Xbox One OneGuide, where you can find Latest Episodes, Popular Episodes, Featured Shows and Show Extras from such hits as “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” and “Sleepy Hollow.”
Xbox One users can also enjoy hundreds of short-form videos including behind-the-scenes cast interviews, performances from “The X Factor” and “American Idol” and special featurettes, writes Neel Ketkar, FOX senior director of platform products, on Xbox Wire.
Using the FOX NOW app, Xbox Live Gold members who are video customers of AT&T U-Verse, Comcast, Cablevision, DISH, Verizon FiOS or other participating providers can use their subscriber credentials to get free, next-day access on Xbox One to all available full episodes of FOX’s new primetime series. Check here to see the full list of providers and supported devices.
Also new: Users can navigate the app using voice and gestures with new Kinect sensor.
Xbox 360 users who have the FOX NOW app will notice that the app for Xbox One looks different, reflecting a “bold new design that makes watching FOX on Xbox One easier than ever before – so if you haven’t downloaded it yet, make sure to check it out,” Ketkar writes.
