Meet lovable Peggle Master Jeffrey, his bowling-like “bowlder” and other new masters in PopCap’s “Peggle 2,” which will be available for download Monday, only on Xbox One.
On his blog, Xbox Live’s Major Nelson writes about the addictive, cartoonish game – which “incorporates a next-gen visual and auditory facelift with the Peggle’s trademark skill-meets-luck, just-one-more-level brand of fun.”
After an evening of playing through the first few stages of single player, “and a number of rounds of the insanely fun multiplayer Peg Party mode,” Major Nelson snagged an interview with Jared Neuss, “Peggle 2” producer.
Along with meeting character Jeffrey – who is a character and whose “devotion to goats and Peggle is only rivaled by his devotion to bowling and his power” – in the video above, meet Peggle Master Berg, “the friendliest yeti to ever love the ballet,” in another video on Major Nelson’s blog.
Read his interview with Neuss, who says he can’t wait for gamers to “meet the brand new Peggle Masters, learn their magical powers and, well, just have a great time. We’ve got tons of new levels, hundreds of objectives to complete and a whole bunch of ridiculous surprises lined up for you. We think you’ll love it.
“Unless you hate joy and happiness. In that case, you’re on your own.”
